How does it work?

We have given our clients flexibility. You can buy hours or become members.

For those who will require our services more than once a week we recommend you choose membership.  We have three levels of membership. Each one is designed with you in mind. Please go to Packages for more in-depth information on each package.

You can send us an email or give us a call and we will go through each option with you to determine which package offers the best solution to your life.

What type of requests do you handle?

We can source, manage and deliver almost anything you need so long as the request is legal and ethical. From organising cleaners to project managing building work, weddings and events. No task is beyond our capabilities.

Recently one of our Exclusive customers wanted to talk through her heartbreak. She felt she had no one to turn to so she called us. Sophie, our CEO helped her through her breakup and through listening and talking reintroduced her to herself. Whilst her journey to self rediscovery was painful she realised that the breakup was by far one of the best things to happen to her.

When Jane’s wedding dress did not arrive the day before her wedding in Slovenia we organised a meeting with a local bridal store in Ljubliana. Our wedding co-ordinator in Slovenia assisted in translation services and the rental of a stunning gown.
