Based on Posy Simmonds’ much-loved graphic novel, which in turn was inspired by Thomas Hardy’s Far From the Madding Crowd, Tamara Drewe is a joyful but occasionally dark comedy about a young newspaper journalist torn between two lovers. Tamara’s childhood home is being sold, and her return to the rural Dorset village where she grew up causes something of a stir. Having left as an awkward teenager she returns as a smoldering femme fatale, kicking up a storm of envy, lust and gossip wherever she goes. Tamara is the ultimate modern girl but her story of love and confusion is timeless.

Terry Hoitz's past mistakes in the line of duty and Allen Gamble's reluctance to take risks have landed them the roles of the "Other Guys", disgraced New York City police detectives relegated to filling out paperwork for cocky hero cops Danson and Highsmith. The mismatched duo must look past their differences when they take on a high-profile investigation of shady capitalist David Ershon and attempt to fill the shoes of the notoriously reckless officers they idolize. Written by The Massie Twins

NYPD Detectives Christopher Danson and P.K. Highsmith (Dwayne Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson) are the baddest and most beloved cops in New York City. They don't get tattoos - other men get tattoos of them. Two desks over and one back, sit Detectives Allen Gamble (Will Ferrell) and Terry Hoitz (Mark Wahlberg). You've seen them in the background of photos of Danson and Highsmith, out of focus and eyes closed. They're not heroes - they're "the Other Guys." But every cop has his or her day and soon Gamble and Hoitz stumble into a seemingly innocuous case no other detective wants to touch that could turn into New York City's biggest crime. It's the opportunity of their lives, but do these guys have the right stuff? Written by Sony Pictures

"Money Never Sleeps" is a sequel to the 1987 popular movie "Wall Street". It follows the actions of a Wall Street trader after his release from prison. The unique nature of the movie is in the fact that in this instance life imitates art, namely the original movie dealt with a fictional airline by the name of "Bluestar Airline" which was the company bankrupted by the fictional character of Michael Douglas. In reality a company named "Blue Star Jets" was in fact started in 2001 by real-life businessmen Ricky Sitomer and Todd Rome. The movie "Wall Street" was a favorite of both Sitomer and Rome and was the reason for the naming of their new company, "Blue Star Jets" which charters private jets. During the filming of "Money Never Sleeps", Oliver Stone in fact utilized the private jet charter services of "Blue Star Jets" to ferry the crew on more than 1 occasion from location to location. Usually art imitates life, in this instance it the reverse, a unique situation for sure that makes this movie an interesting one.
