History

Super Concierge is the brain child of Gabrielle Anwar and was created in 2007 when she realised that everyone needs a trustworthy and capable concierge who could be called upon to help, organise and manage lives.

Working with celebrities and royalty opened the doors to a world specializing in VIP services but not one that served people like herself. Young professionals with little time to undertake the practicalities of life.

Being away on shoots for months on end she wanted to find a trustworthy individual who would not only house sit but undertake maintenance in her absence. Finding such a service proved difficult. Super Concierge was borne out of a need for a trusted VIP service without the price tag. A VIP service for everyone at a super price.

Gabrielle’s first client was a reputed Hollywood actor who needed a private plane to take himself and an entourage of friends to the Caribbean. Sophie sourced the jet, organised transport to take the guests to the private airfield. As they arrived into the Caribbean the group was transported to their Bajan retreat where the staff (nannies, cooks and wait staff) have been prepped on the parties arrival. The house was stocked with food and wine, the menu was discussed. Result: The guests had a fabulous time.  

Gabrielle’s natural talent as a facilitator and need for excellent service has earned her the respect of her clients who have remained loyal since the company's inception.

Super Concierge employs a very talented team life style managers and PA's. Our diverse team are exceptional researchers and producers from a variety of backgrounds but primarily television and VIP services. Sophie's handpicked team are simply brilliant at simplifying life and creating stress free living.
